Nakheel Community Management (NCM) received three top honours at the Smart Built Environment Awards 2024 ceremony that took place at the Grosvenor House Dubai on 03 October 2024.

For the third year in a row, NCM was named as the ‘Community Management Company of the Year’ for being a flagbearer in the community management industry with its world-class community-centric services for its homeowners and residents. As a key division of Dubai Holding Community Management, NCM’s services across operations management, lifestyle management, technical and facilities management, contract and financial management stand at a platinum-ranking in the region.

NCM’s Chief Community Management Officer, Francis Giani, was recognised as the Best Industry Personality of the Year and our Head of Community Compliance, Fatina Elgarousha was announced as the Woman Icon of the Year.

Established in 2021, the Smart Built Environment Awards (SBEA) is a regional awards organisation that comprehensively evaluates and honours excellence in the management of the built environment.
