Dubai, 15 October 2024: Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM), Dubai Holding’s integrated, customer-centric community management vertical signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Etisalat Services Holding, e& to install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across a range of DHCM communities.

The agreement was signed by Francis Giani, Chief Community Management Officer at Dubai Holding Community Management and Muammar Nasir Al Rukhaimi, CEO of Etisalat Services Holding, with senior personnel from both DHCM and Etisalat Services Holding present.

The agreement provides the services of Etisalat EV charging stations across the Dubai Holding Community Management communities - City Walk, Port de La Mer and Jumeirah Bay Island. Users will be charged based on the services provided by EV charging stations.

The communities that will benefit from the EV charging stations are City Walk, Port de La Mer and Jumeirah Bay Island. The vehicles will significantly lessen air pollution and enhance the quality of the air.
