Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) emerged victorious, receiving two Gold awards for the Best Community Management Company of the year and the Best Customer Experience Initiative of the Year, at the renowned World Realty Congress Awards 2024 that took place on Friday, 13 December 2024 at Palazzo Versace Dubai.

Dubai Holding Community Management participated in the co-hosted events of the five-day long World Realty Congress. Kicking things off on 10 December were the guided community tours at Mohammed Bin Rashid City - District One, Bvlgari Residences, City Walk and Jumeirah Islands communities. Participating international delegates got the opportunity to get behind-the-scenes and learn how these communities are managed.

Following this, on 11 December, DHCM’s Chief Community Management Officer Francis Giani addressed a gathering of global community management leaders from ten countries as part of the CAM G10 Summit, discussing solutions for disaster preparedness and response.;

It was an honour for DHCM to be recognised and celebrated for community management excellence at such a prestigious platform.
